At Roma Smells, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of our products and operations, we maintain a strict no-refund policy once an order has been processed.
1) No Refunds After Processing
All sales are final. Once your order has been processed, we cannot offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges. Please review your order carefully before confirming your purchase.
2) Fraudulent & Chargeback Claims
We take fraud prevention seriously. Some clients attempt to cancel or dispute transactions with their banks after receiving (or before receiving) their orders. Such actions are considered fraudulent.
Roma Smells does not issue refunds in these cases and will contest chargeback claims with evidence of order fulfillment. Customers engaging in fraudulent chargebacks may also be restricted from future purchases.
3) Exceptions
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, We are not Responsible.
