Thank you for shopping with Roma Smells. This Shipping Policy explains order processing times, delivery methods, tracking, and responsibilities once an order is dispatched.

1) Order Processing Times

Orders typically process within 5 Minutes After Order. Processing times may be longer during holidays, sales, or high order volumes.

2) Shipping Methods & Fees

We ship via trusted carriers. Available options and estimated transit times are displayed at checkout. Shipping fees are calculated based on destination, method, and order weight/size.

3) Order Confirmation & Address Accuracy

Please review your shipping address carefully at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incomplete or incorrect addresses. If you need to update details shortly after purchase, email us at info@romasmells.com as quickly as possible—changes are not guaranteed once processing begins.

4) Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive a dispatch confirmation with a tracking number (where available). Tracking updates are provided directly by the carrier and may take up to 24–48 hours to appear.

5) Risk of Loss & Responsibility After Dispatch

Once an order is dispatched and accepted by the carrier, the risk of loss transfers to the customer. From that point, we are not responsible for delays, loss, theft, or damage in transit. This reflects our policy that “we are not responsible for the order after dispatch; whatever you receive is between you and the carrier.”

Note: Where required by applicable consumer laws, your statutory rights are unaffected. In such cases, we will follow the minimum legal requirements and cooperate with you to resolve the issue with the carrier.

6) Delivery Delays

Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed. Weather, customs inspections, carrier backlogs, and other events outside our control can extend transit times.

7) Failed Delivery & Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, unclaimed delivery, or repeated failed delivery attempts, we can reship it after collecting any reshipping fees. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

8) International Shipping & Customs

International orders may be subject to duties, taxes, and customs fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility. Customs processing can cause delays outside our control.

9) Damaged or Incorrect Items on Arrival

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, notify us within 5 Minutes of delivery at info@romasmells.com with photos of the packaging and items. We will review and, where appropriate, assist with a carrier claim or offer a suitable resolution per our Refund Policy.

10) Lost-in-Transit Claims

If tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive the package, please check with household members, neighbors, and your local post office/courier. If still not located, contact the carrier to open an investigation. We will provide documentation to support your claim where possible.
